Our head office in Coquitlam, B.C., conveniently located close to HWY #1, is only 30 minutes from the North Shore, 30 minutes from the Fraser Valley or 30 minutes from most areas in Vancouver and the Tri-Cities. We welcome your visit to our brand new showroom and design office which features our west coast post and beam products, multi-slide patio doors, windows , exterior sidings, flooring samples, and even cut-through wall sections to show you how we construct our energy efficient homes. We have all the products on display that are typically part of the structural and envelope system of your home. If you are building in the city, we also have all our sub trades and suppliers information here. If you are building remotely, we have a huge data base of projects that we can share with you on our 70” screens. If you have a larger group, we can accommodate up to 20 people in the larger of our two meeting rooms.
Our project managers and project coordinators work with you from the preliminary design stage through to permit plans, budgeting, materials selection/procurement, scheduling of construction, coordination of all sub trades, and final occupancy approvals. We ensure that all contracts and warranties are properly documented so your investment is protected. Tamlin can even help recommend options for financing. As a licensed builder in B.C. we continually upgrade our knowledge of current building trends, technologies and building codes, and you are covered by the 2-5-10 year warranty program in B.C.
Our approach to West Coast Style design includes three elements. First, we try to incorporate natural features such as wood and stone, and eco-friendly materials that will stand the test of time. Second, we design using an open concept, with spacious and functional areas, which allow for ease of traffic flow, but privacy and comfort where you need it. Third, we design using the highest level of materials quality and installation, with special focus on durability and energy efficiency to save you costs in the long run.
