Tamlin has been designing and building custom homes for over 30 years. We have helped homeowners build their dream homes and cabins all over the Gulf Islands, BC and many areas of the Sunshine Coast. We offer the flexibility to supply a Timber Frame or Log Home material package only, assist you with Supervising and framing your home to a lock-up or dried in stage, or a complete turn-key build from start to finish. You are free to choose the amount of involvement and we do the rest.

• If you need help assessing building feasibility or house location on your lot, Tamlin can arrange for one of our project managers to visit your site to meet with you to discuss your ideas. Often this results in identifying potential problems or risks that may have significant impacts on building costs or future development. With such a major investment in costs, why not try to minimize your risk now and get a second opinion? This may involve helping you arrange communication with other professionals such as “geotech” (soils testing), surveyors, septic/sanitary, structural engineering or other services (such as hydro, gas or propane).
