This is a modified version of our very popular Discovery Ridge house plan. This house was designed to roughly 1,700ft2 featuring a two-car garage separated from the main house by a breezeway. Tamlin was the General Contractor on this project. The home features polished concrete floors installed with radiant heating. The exterior walls were insulated with spray foam and the room was constructed with Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) to create a very energy efficient house.
